A Wi-Fi captive portal is the page a guest sees when they join a public or guest Wi-Fi network, before they get internet access. It is typically used to accept terms, collect marketing opt-ins and show branding, sponsorship or advertising.
Does INCAPTIV work with my existing Wi-Fi hardware?
Yes. INCAPTIV is cloud-based and vendor agnostic. It works with HPE Aruba Networking, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Zyxel, MikroTik and other enterprise-grade controllers that support an external captive portal, so there is no need to replace access points.
What is Wi-Fi spatial analytics?
Spatial analytics uses signals your access points already see to show how people move through a venue: footfall, dwell time, busy zones, live occupancy and repeat visits, with no extra sensors. INCAPTIV delivers this today with HPE Aruba Networking.
Can INCAPTIV count people as well?
Yes. People Counting uses leading 3D sensors at entrances, gates and rooms to report exact entries, exits and occupancy, counting everyone whether or not they carry a phone. It sits in the same platform as Wi-Fi Engagement and Spatial Analytics.
How does INCAPTIV generate revenue from guest Wi-Fi?
